Location Girdwood Chapel: 102 Heavenly Valley Drive (the first right off of Timberline from Alyeska Highway)

When We’re Open: 3 times a month.
Full Service distributions: 1st Sundays each month, 2 – 4pm. “Full service” means dry / pantry goods, frozen foods, meat, bread, and produce as available; plus often we have other resources for housing, SNAP, Medicaid, etc., on site.
Partial Service: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays,4 – 6pm. Very limited produce and frozen foods. Dry goods available.
If you are in need of food and have no way of making it to a distribution time, please leave a message at the Chapel: 907-783-0127.

Financial Donations can be made online at www.girdwoodchapel.com/donate-foodpantry-funds or by mailing a check to PO Box 1068, Girdwood, AK 99587.
Financial donations allow us the most flexibility and the ability to bulk buy from Food Bank of Alaska and other suppliers.
Food and Supply Donations can be dropped in the bear box at the Chapel any time. If you would like to donate perishable goods, please contact us and plan to donate shortly before a full service date.

– Mac & Cheese (boxed & single serve)
– Pasta noodles
– Pasta sauces
– Canned vegetables (think green)
– Canned fruits
– Fruit / applesauce cups
– Applesauce jars
– Tomato sauce / paste
– Diced tomatos
– Peanut butter & jelly
– Taco and/or chili seasoning blends
– Canned or dried beans
– Rice (brown or white)
– Canned meats (chicken, tuna, salmon)
– Canned or packaged soups (pop-tops preferred)
– Instant oatmeal
– Breakfast cereal
– Breakfast bars
– Fruit snacks
– Individual packets of nuts
– Shelf stable or dried milk
